Welcome to Psalm, operated by Your Way Digital LLC. By accessing or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Use of the App

Psalm provides inspirational content based on Psalms of the Bible. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use the app for any unlawful or abusive purpose.

2. User Accounts

You may register using email, Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others.

3. Location Data

By creating an account, you consent to the collection of your approximate location (country and city) for statistical purposes and service improvement, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may deny this permission — the app will continue to work normally.

4. Free and Premium Plans

Free Plan:

• 1 roulette spin per day
• Short psalm excerpt
• Ads displayed

Premium Plan (Monthly Subscription):

• Unlimited roulette spins
• Full psalm text
• Original Biblical Hebrew
• Personal notes per psalm
• Dark theme
• Exclusive avatars
• Ad-free experience

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the renewal date.

5. Payments and Cancellation

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. To cancel your subscription:

• Go to your device's subscription settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• No partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code and branding within the Psalm app belongs to Your Way Digital LLC. No copying, reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

8. Disclaimer

Content in Psalm is for inspirational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, medical, psychological, legal or religious advice. Use at your own discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Your Way Digital LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on app content, service interruptions, data loss or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
