Your Way Digital LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the Psalm app.

1. Data Collected

We may collect the following information:

• Name and email address (account registration)
• Authentication data (Google, Apple)
• Approximate location (country and city) collected at the time of registration for statistical purposes and service improvement
• App usage data (psalms viewed, favorites, history)
• Device and technical data (operating system, app version)
• Subscription and payment status

2. Use of Data

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Personalize your app experience
• Manage Premium subscriptions
• Display relevant ads (free plan only)
• Improve the app based on usage statistics
• Send optional daily reminders (with your permission)

3. Location Data

We collect your approximate location (country and city) at the time of account creation. This data is used exclusively for internal statistics and service improvement. It is stored securely and is never shared with third parties for advertising or profiling purposes. You may deny location permission during registration — the app will continue to function normally.

4. Payments

All payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not store full payment information. We only retain subscription status (active or inactive) to unlock Premium features.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with the following service providers:

• Supabase (authentication and database)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• Google Firebase (analytics)
• Google AdMob (ads — free plan only)

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Your Rights (GDPR / LGPD)

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Withdraw consent at any time

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Psalm is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Global Use

The app is available worldwide. Users in the European Union are protected under GDPR. Users in Brazil are protected under LGPD.

11. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
